Payment Terms The payment terms for property in Czech Republic are excellent and most of your capital is not paid to the developer until completion:
A reservation fee of €3,500 is required in order to take the property off the market. You will then be issued a contract and upon agreeing terms, you will return it with a payment of 15% of the property price, less your reservation fee.
85% of the property value is due on completion.
Property Management We have several partners in Prague who will offer their services to rent out your apartment during your absence. They will typically advertise your property in local press, magazines and with certain tour operators in order to maximise your return. Their revenue is earned through the rental cost on a "no-rent-no-fee" basis, and they will only take 10% of your rental for this service.
As part of this service, they will manage the keys and transfers, clean the apartment and make it ready for the next visitor. They will also notify you of any outstanding bills, breakages and other issues that may need your attention. The property management company is typically responsible for the upkeep of your apartment when you are not there and is responsible for any replacement goods.
About the Immediate Vicinity Vinorady has superb public transport connections via metro, tram and bus and boasts a comprehensive choice of restaurants and shops.
