Pine Plaza is a new 4-star development consisting of 5 sections with 181 studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, fully finished to high building standards, conveniently situated in the centre of the resort (1650m above sea level), just 50m on the left from the base ski-lift station and within 5-10min walk from all major hotels and restaurants in Pamporovo. Surrounded by a century old pine forest it is yet secluded from the nearby hustle and bustle of the Pamporovo night life. The architecture of the unique shell-curved building is alpine with maximum sun oriented living areas, mainly built from wood and stone. The maintenance charge for this development is €10.00 per sqm of legally owned area per annum (including VAT) and will include:
• English speaking compound manager and receptionists to address all needs of owners
• Common areas and swimming pool heating/cleaning
• Facilities maintenance, repair and management
• Gardening and general building upkeep
• Reception, cleaning and check-out services for tourists under rental agreements with owners and tour operators (estimated 6-7% return on investment) Payment Terms The Right Move Abroad have a refundable reservation fee policy which enables you to hold an apartment for up to 30 days without actually committing to the purchase. This enables you to view the development and do further due diligence prior to signing your contract and paying your first instalment. The reservation fee is only refundable if the client views the property / development within the 30 day period. Only 10% of your reservation fee is retained by The Right Move Abroad as an administration charge. We will accept verbal reservations which are valid for 72 hours. The refundable reservation fee is €3,000 and should accompany a signed reservation form which is available upon request. This reservation fee is deducted from your first instalment. After 30 days of receipt of your reservation form and cheque, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.
1st instalment: 30% of the purchase price paid upon signing the Preliminary Sales Contract (less your reservation fee)
2nd instalment: 70% upon completion (Notary transfer)
