Les Verts Sapins will benefit from high quality interiors, and a stay at this resort means that you can have access to shops, entertainment, bars & restaurants, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and other amenities in the adjacent resort of Résidence Pyrénéal. Purchasing this apartment you can expect the apartment to be fully furnished and key ready. All buying costs and insurance are included in the price. Location France has always been a beautiful and enchanting country, striking thoughts of romance and breathtaking scenery in everyone’s mind and the Pyrenees is no exception. The development is located in Eyne, close to the town of Font-Romeu in the French Pyrenees, 15 minutes from the Andorran Border and 5minutes from the Spanish Border. Eyne forms part of the Neiges Catalanes ski domain. The area boasts 35 km of runs, and there are also 9km of cross country track and it also features a snowpark. Payment Terms The Right Move Abroad have a refundable reservation fee policy which enables you to hold an apartment for up to 30 days without actually committing to the purchase. This enables you to view the development and do further due diligence prior to signing your contract and paying your first instalment. The reservation fee is only refundable if the client views the property for sale in the development within the 30 day period. Only 10% of your reservation fee is retained by The Right Move Abroad as an administration charge. We will accept verbal reservations which are valid for 72 hours. The refundable reservation fee is €3,000 and should accompany a signed reservation form which is available upon request. This reservation fee is deducted from your first instalment. After 30 days of receipt of your reservation form and cheque, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.
Payment plan as follows:
• 20% upon signing of contract (Less reservation fee).
• 20% upon building of foundations in your chosen block. *
• 40% upon construction of the roof.
• 20% upon official completion.
* This second stage payment is required with the initial stage payment if the block in which you are buying is already at the point where foundations have been built. Please ask us for further details.

Accessibility
Les Verts Sapins can be accessed travelling by car from Perpignon, Toulouse, or from Barcelona in the direction of Andorra. From London, it takes approximately 13 hours to cover the 1,270 km. The closest airports are those at Perpignon, Gerona, Barcelona, Carcassone and Toulouse. Trains are available to the train station in Font-Romeu and a shuttle service will be set up to bring guests to the resort.
