As part of this service, they will manage the keys and transfers, clean the apartment and make it ready for the next visitor. They will also notify you of any outstanding bills, breakages and other issues that may need your attention. The property management company is typically responsible for the upkeep of your apartment when you are not there and is responsible for any replacement goods.
