Payment Terms The Right Move Abroad have a refundable reservation fee policy which enables you to hold an apartment for up to 28 days without actually committing to the purchase. This enables you to view the development and do further due diligence prior to signing your contract and paying your first instalment. The reservation fee is only refundable if the client views the property for sale in the development with The Right Move Abroad within the 28 day period. Only 10% of your reservation fee is retained by The Right Move Abroad as an administration charge. We will accept verbal reservations which are valid for 72 hours. The refundable reservation fee is £2,000 and should accompany a signed reservation form which is available upon request. This reservation fee is deducted from your first instalment. After 28 days of receipt of your reservation form and cheque, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.
- 50% on signing the purchase contract (less reservation fee).
- 50% signing of deeds.
VIEWING TRIP OPTIONS:
1) We can offer a FREE viewing trip that will consist of 2 night and 3 days flying into Dalaman for clients who reserve an apartment/s and travel within 28 days of reservation. The trip will consist of the following; transfers to and from the Airport, accommodation in the developers own apartments which means you get an idea of the finish quality, you will see the development you have reserved and see all the area around and what it has to offer. You will meet with the developers in their office and have your opportunity to discuss anything you need to and obviously you will have your free time! On your viewing trip you will make your decision and if you are happy to proceed then no charge are incurred and contracts are issued. You can also transfer your reservation to any other development offered by the developer.
Should you decide not to proceed then the 10% admin charged is deducted from your reservation fee and also £200 per head for the viewing trip with the balance returned to you.
2) The Right Move Abroad have also taken the step of offering subsidized viewing trips (twice a month) at a cost of £199 per head – the trip will cover exactly the same as the above arrangement but the cost is incurred by the customer and then you are reimbursed £150 off the total of the trip when your first payment has been made on the purchase you have made should you decide to proceed on a particular development. About the Immediate Vicinity Dalaman plays host to one of Turkey’s most spectacular series of lakes. Kapikargin village with a history of 130 years is known as the region of lakes. Also, the Dalaman River is one of the world’s most popular rafting regions.
There are lots of antique sites around Dalaman. Kleopatra Hamam (Turkish Bath), Lycian rock tombs and the Hippodrome antique site are all antiquities of times gone by that are worth seeing.
Visitors are attracted to the natural and historical beauties around Dalaman. Especially the wonderful inlets, and bays around Kapidag Peninsula that have always been spectacular spots for the blue cruise tours.
