There are various international airports in the area, the nearest one is Banska Bystrica - Sliac (65 km) and Budapest international airport (90 km). Dudince is located app. 20 km away from the highway leading to Banska Bystrica and only 13 km away from Hungarian borders. The house consists of two separate parts. Front part of the house consists of hallway, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, reception room and two bedrooms. Back part of the house consist of kitchen/diner and a bedroom. The loft is empty and easily convertible into further accommodation. There is a large barn on the plot. The house benefits from large and well-maintained garden, off-street parking and a garage. It is located in a quite part of the village adjacent to main spa part of the town.
