Gardenia Holiday Resort

Gardania is situated in Primorsko - a small town located on the South shore of the Black sea, about 50 kilometres from the major city of Bourgas. Primorsko is laid on a peninsula and is one of the sunniest places in Bulgaria. Picturesque bay and bizarre rocks, vast beaches with sand dunes and warm sea water create the inviting attraction of Primorsko.

Astounding nature, protected reserves, a hunting park, natural landmarks such as the Ropotamo river - these are only a small part of the charming face of the town with over a 5 kilometres of beach, surrounded with oak woods.

Location

The holiday village "Gardenia" is located on the beautiful gulf of "Stomoplo", south of the famous ex-presidential residence "Perla". The 4400 sq. meters terrain is oriented towards the sea and ensures a wide view of the whole bay, along with 130 meters of sand dunes, around 80 meters of woods and 80 meters of aquatic reserve.

On handing over the apartment, a contract for security and maintenance of the complex is to be signed. The yearly tax for security and maintenance is 4 EURO per sq. meter.

Payment Terms

Payment for the apartments will be scheduled as follows:

A 1,500 EURO Non-refundable reservation fee is due, with a reservation form within 15 days of verbally reserving an apartment (Form available upon request)

30 % on signing the preliminary contract (less 1,000 EURO)

30 % after finishing the rough structure: end of 2005

40 % after handing over the apartment in finished state
