The city of Hurghada was founded in the early 20th century, and since the 1980s has been continually enlarged by American, European and Arab investors to become the leading seashore resort on the Red Sea. Holiday villages and first-class hotels provide excellent aquatic sport facilities for sailboarders, yachtsmen, scuba divers and snorklers. Hurghada stretches for about 40 km along the seashore. Hurghada has become an international centre for aquatic sports like windsurfing, sailing, deep-sea fishing, swimming, and above all snorkeling and diving. The unique underwater gardens offshore are some of the finest in the world, justifiably famous amongst divers. The warm waters here are ideal for many varieties of rare fish and coral reefs, which may also be observed through glass bottom boats. The city provides a gateway to prime diving sites throughout the Red Sea. Its central location provides favorable access to very famous dive sites. In addition, Hurghada is known for providing access to many uninhabited offshore reefs and islands. We are proud to present a number of properties in Hurghada from the 'Regency' brand of developments. Each resort has it's own unique identity, and also offers the use of the facilities from all of the 'Regency' developments. View all of our Property in Hurghada
A city of central Egypt on the eastern bank of the Nile River and site of the Temple of Luxor, Luxor was once the ancient Egyptian city of Thebes and great capital of Egypt during the New Kingdom. Described as the "world's greatest open air museum", Luxor is a modern day city sitting on and around the site of the ancient city of Thebes. After the discovery of King Tutunkamun's tomb in 1922, the city became one of Egypt's largest tourist attractions, attracting thousands of international tourists each year and to this day the local economy is strongly dependent on tourism. Across the Nile and west of the city is the necropolis of ancient Thebes, which boasts the popular tourist attractions ‘The Valley of the Kings’ – the burial site of the Pharoahs and at least 60 Royal Tombs, ‘The Valley of the Queens’ – the burial site of amongst many Queen Nefertari and ‘The Colossi of Memnon’ – the site of the infamous statues. North of Luxor are the spectacular Temples of Karnak, a city of temples built over 2000 years ago which combines sanctuaries, kiosks, pylons and obelisks, all dedicated to the Theban gods. In ancient times, Karnak was known as Ipet-isut, 'The most select of places' and was considered to be most important place of worship in ancient Egypt. The Temples of Karnak are believed to be the largest surviving religious complex in the world. Luxor is a new vibrant and cosmopolitan city that encompasses ancient history and monuments with a warm and tourist-friendly culture. It is fast becoming an investment hotspot with property investors worldwide. View all of our Property in Luxor
Sharm El-Sheikh; originally a small fishing village; is now one of the most accessible and developed tourist resort communities on the Sinai Peninsula. There are small, intimate hotels with modern designs, as well as larger hotel complexes belonging to international chains, plus about the entire amenities one could expect of a tourist centre, including casinos, discos and nightclubs, golf courses and health facilities. Sharm El-Sheikh is gifted with natural beauties of the Sinai, including its idyllic beaches, rare and beautiful reefs, crystal clear water and surrounding mountains. Sharm is best known as one of the number one diving sports worldwide. On the diplomatic front, Sharm has been nicknamed the "City of Peace” because recently it has been a main spot for peace treaties and conferences. Since its primary commerce is tourism, it is not a town for those seeking the 'off-the-beaten' track experience. During the day, Sharm bustles with people selling textiles, goods, diving tours, sports activities and adventure trips.
