Blue Sky Residence III Only 800 metres from the Kuşadası beach and the city centre of Kusadasi, The Right Move Abroad are marketing one of the most exciting and high quality developments currently being developed in Kusadasi, Blue Sky Residence III, in a superb location. Since Turkey has introduced new building regulations to stop the building of high-rise developments on the coast, our developers were quick to secure this land which has uninterrupted views of the sea. Additionally, there is more green area than most built previously in Kusadasi. The builder understands the needs and preferences of Western Europeans, and their previous work is a shining example of this. Being the first builder in Kusadası to build with double walls, proves the mentality of this builder. The development is situated on elevated land and all apartments have beautiful views over the Aegean sea, the stunning "Pigeon Island' and the mountains around Kusadası.
The complex will have a shared swimming pool, a children's pool, a playground and a beautifully landscaped garden. Construction Schedule Construction commenced in August 2006 and completion is expected at the end of December 2007. Facilities And Maintenance The developer is able to manage your property in many ways. Further details will be available upon request, however, for a small fee, they can manage:

Airport transfers Payment Terms An initial Reservation Fee of 1,500 will be required to reserve a plot for 1 month. The property is then taken off the market to give time for the buyer to visit and view the property. Upon confirming your intention to buy, you will be asked to pay 10% of the purchase price (less 1,500) as a deposit after you have been before the notary with a legal translator. A solicitor will be appointed and Aegean Army checks will be carried out. 20 days after signing the contract another 40% has to be paid and 40% is due to pay after the finishing of the roof. The balance is due upon completion which is planned for December 2007. To request a reservation form, please contact us.
"Completion" means that all construction, fixtures, decoration and fittings are complete and that the property has running water and electricity. Work may still be going on on some other property on the complex and some external work on the grounds for a short period following the completion of your property. About the Immediate Vicinity Turkey has a population of around 65 million people. The capital city is Ankara. This beautiful country has much to offer visitors, with it's mix of Asian and European cultures. Turkey's geographical position is responsible for it being named the "Gateway between east and west". Inland Turkey is blessed with magnificent mountains, valleys and rivers. Turkey is a huge open air museum, littered with many artefacts from civilizations including the Greeks, Romans, Byzantines and the Ottomans. Altinkum when translated means "Golden Sand" Altinkum is one hour and fifteen minutes drive from Bodrum airport. The resort has a large variety of restaurants, many bars ranging from quiet to lively for your leisure. The main beaches at Altinkum gently disappear in to the calm Aegean sea making the beaches ideal for swimmers and non swimmers alike.
Kusadasi means "Bird Island" and the town takes its name from the little island (whose name in Turkish means "Pigeon islan" or "Dove Island") that is in the harbour and is now connected by a causeway to the shore. Kusadasi is one of Turkey's principle holiday resorts and offers an excellent environment for a holiday home. Situated on the west coast of Turkey, 90km south of Izmir, Kusadasi, is reputed for being one of the most attractive cities of the Aegean, as it is close to the important historical sites including Ephesus, Didyma, Priene, Miletos-the principals of ancient times, and ideal for sightseers.
Kusadasi has a typical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters, providing a long tourism season. The city is bathed in sunshine for 300 days of the year. The temperature in Kusadasi is more agreeable (less humid) than in other coastal regions further south.
Numerous powdery sandy beaches with warm and clear waters provide a peaceful atmosphere and enables a great variety of water and beach activities. Windsurfing, water skiing, sailing and beach volleyball are only a few choice for the lovers of active life. After sunbathing restfully during the day, the city awaits the superb sunset. As the sun sets, the attractive cafes and restaurants through the palm-lined boulevard get busier. It is a great delight to watch the comings and goings of the yachts and ships with accompanience of the panoramic view of the sunset, on a pre-drink before the dinner. The restaurants, serving a variety of fresh seafood and Aegean specialties, offer a delicious meal in Kusadasi. Dancing and entertaining at the lively bars and discos until dawn may end an ideal day in Kusadasi.
